Fair Trade Policy

Skydealo is a B2B sourcing platform that connects EU suppliers with business buyers across MENA and CIS. It is not a shop and not a consumer marketplace. The following rules define fair commercial conduct for everyone who trades through the platform. Submitting a request or an offer means accepting them.

  1. 1. A product promise is binding

    When a supplier presents a product — its specification, origin, quantity per pallet, and condition — that description is a commitment to the buyer. Suppliers are expected to honour what they present. Buyers are expected to order against the stated specification, not an assumption.

  2. 2. Reasonable delays are part of trade

    International B2B shipping involves production lead times, consolidation, and customs clearance. Buyers accept that reasonable, communicated delays are a normal part of cross-border trade. Suppliers are expected to communicate timelines honestly and flag material delays as early as possible.

  3. 3. Goods must be authentic

    Suppliers warrant that the goods they offer are genuine, correctly labelled, and match their stated brand and origin. Counterfeit, misdescribed, or grey-market goods have no place on the platform and are grounds for removal.

  4. 4. Brand rights are respected

    A brand belongs to its owner. Suppliers may only offer branded goods they are lawfully entitled to sell, and must respect the trademarks and intellectual property of others. Buyers may not use platform content to infringe a brand owner’s rights.

  5. 5. This is business-to-business trade

    Every party on Skydealo acts as a business, not a consumer. Orders are placed in pallets and cartons for commercial resale or use. Consumer-protection rights that apply to retail purchases do not apply here; the relationship is governed by commercial terms agreed between business parties.

  6. 6. Shipping responsibility follows the Incoterm

    Who bears the cost and risk of transport at each stage is defined by the Incoterm agreed for the request. Both sides are responsible for meeting the obligations of the agreed Incoterm, including the customs data — destination port, shipping mode, and HS code — required to move the goods.

  7. 7. Suppliers commit to fair commercial terms

    Suppliers are expected to offer buyers their genuine, fair commercial terms for the quantity requested — the same terms they would extend to a comparable business buyer directly. Skydealo does not publish prices and does not guarantee any specific price; it provides the structured channel through which fair terms are requested and offered.

These rules exist to keep trade on Skydealo fair, transparent between the parties, and grounded in real commercial practice. They may be updated as the platform grows; material changes will be reflected here.
